Description

The Projecta Monocrystalline 12V 10W Solar Panel is a small portable solar panel designed mainly for battery maintenance in cars, bikes, boats, and other 12V systems. It uses monocrystalline cells to convert sunlight into a low but steady charge, helping to keep a battery topped up when the vehicle is not in regular use. It produces around 10 watts of power, which is enough to offset slow battery drain from things like alarms, clocks, and electronics, but not enough to recharge a fully flat battery. It is usually used as a trickle charger rather than a full charging solution.

This item comes with a 30 day warranty, you can also purchase a extra 120 days for an extra 10% for peace of mind

				Yes I went in to this store on Saturday and purchased a watch for my son. The young lady that served me her name was Tanya. She was such a lovely helpful girl. She was very polite and very well mannered. It's really nice to walk into a shop these days and have such lovely customer assistance. I had to call again on Monday to organise a few photos of the watch I bought and the other young lady called Naomi was also equally as lovely. I gave her my email and she took photos and sent me photos of the watch so that I could just have another look at it before I made my mind up completely. These two girls are a credit to that store. It's not very often these days that you have such a great experience when shopping. Thank you Tanya and Naomi.

				Came in with my partner just to browse at what tools are available.

Tiana who is a worker helped my look around for a nail gun, unfortunately there were none in store but she made it her job to take my contact details and said she’d contact me if one were to come into store.

That customer service is the reason why I will be back and also why I left the shop with a new watch. Thank you for going above and beyond Tiana.

				Have been in this store more than a couple times and I’ll just say this, customer service has gotten so much better, being greeted by all 3 workers who were on at the time (Tiana, Naomi, and Tanya).

Today I was served by a young lady named Tiana, she not only was kind and patient with me but her upselling skill were great!! Unfortunately I couldn’t afford more than what I was purchasing but I’ll definitely be back because of her.

Can I layby an item that I’ve seen online?

Yes, you can layby any item seen online by completing the forms and paying a deposit.

Is there a warranty on the item?

Most of our items come with a standard 30-day warranty. For extended protection, you can purchase an optional 4-month purchase protection plan warranty, simply click the box on the item page to add this to your purchase. The cost of this will be displayed once you click the box.

All jewellery and designer items come with an authenticity guarantee.

How do I use a discount code?

Please type your discount code into the coupon box on the cart page and click ‘Apply Coupon’. Please enter the code exactly as it appears in your email, e.g. using capital letters or numbers. If your code is not correctly entered on the cart page, we cannot apply the discount or credit afterwards, and you will be charged the full price for your order.

How much do I need as a deposit to layby an item?

4 & 8 week laybys require a 20% deposit, while 10 month laybys require a 10% deposit.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs for each item are advised on the checkout page and start at $10. Click and Collect is free. Note, not all items are able to be shipped, and will have Click and Collect as the only option at checkout.

Has my order been shipped?

As soon as your order is sent from our stores, you will receive an email to confirm that it's on its way. You can track your order on the courier services website, using the tracking number in the shipping email.

Can I track my order?

Your tracking number and a link to the courier service delivering your order can be found in your order shipping email.

If your item has not arrived, please contact the courier company and quote your shipping reference. If you have not received a shipping reference from us, please contact the store directly or email [email protected]

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 days. Please note during sales or promotional periods this may be slightly longer. Once the order has been dispatched by us, the courier service will advise you of their delivery schedule (usually 1-3 days after dispatch for metro orders).

How long will it take for my click and collect order to be ready at store level

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be ready instore. You can always phone or email us to check if your order is ready for collection.

How do I return an online order?

If for any reason there is a fault with your online order, you can return it by taking it into one of our stores during the item’s warranty period. You can find our store locations here. Please bring the receipt / order confirmation with you. Once we have confirmed your return, our warranty policy is repair, replace, credit note.

If you are unable to return the item to the store, please contact the store the item was purchased from, direct. If faulty, seller shipping costs will be covered by DollarDealers.
