Yes I went in to this store on Saturday and purchased a watch for my son. The young lady that served me her name was Tanya. She was such a lovely helpful girl. She was very polite and very well mannered. It's really nice to walk into a shop these days and have such lovely customer assistance. I had to call again on Monday to organise a few photos of the watch I bought and the other young lady called Naomi was also equally as lovely. I gave her my email and she took photos and sent me photos of the watch so that I could just have another look at it before I made my mind up completely. These two girls are a credit to that store. It's not very often these days that you have such a great experience when shopping. Thank you Tanya and Naomi.

First time using Dollar Dealers Marsden, thanks Desiree for the recommendation!

Tiana and Naomi were both so friendly and made everything really easy to understand. The whole process felt comfortable, and I was happy with the value I got for my jewellery. They helped me out so much, and really appreciated it.

I had such a great experience here! The customer service was excellent, especially from Barbs. She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful while assisting me. You can tell she really cares about the customers and making sure they have a positive experience. It made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this store & if you’re looking for great service ask for Barbs.

Came in with my partner just to browse at what tools are available.

Tiana who is a worker helped my look around for a nail gun, unfortunately there were none in store but she made it her job to take my contact details and said she’d contact me if one were to come into store.

That customer service is the reason why I will be back and also why I left the shop with a new watch. Thank you for going above and beyond Tiana.

Have been in this store more than a couple times and I’ll just say this, customer service has gotten so much better, being greeted by all 3 workers who were on at the time (Tiana, Naomi, and Tanya).

Today I was served by a young lady named Tiana, she not only was kind and patient with me but her upselling skill were great!! Unfortunately I couldn’t afford more than what I was purchasing but I’ll definitely be back because of her.
